Because our professional operations—including resume evaluations, forensic profile audits, recruitment processing, and document clearing—require immediate, manual technical labor and resource allocation, all fees paid for our evaluation packages, diagnostic testing tools, and strategy consulting sessions are strictly non-refundable . If a profile check or evaluation report shows that a candidate is currently ineligible for a specific pathway, the evaluation processing fee remains applicable for the professional services rendered . Any exceptions, extensions, or adjustments regarding service training changes (such as shifting an IELTS training seat package) are subject entirely to the absolute discretion of the Managing Director desk at Zevantaa Careers Pvt Ltd
